At JaJa, we’re passionate about providing you with the best rolling papers and smoking accessories with exceptional service. To ensure transparency and clarity, we’ve outlined our policies below:

Please get sufficient evidence to file your claim:
Upon arrival of your JaJa package, record a video before and during opening of the package. This video then serves as evidence in case of missing items or shipping damage.Â
Failure to record the video may limit our ability to take responsibility.
Also, please contact us within 48 hours upon receiving the damaged goods.

Return Policy:
We reserve the right to refuse returns; exceptions are individually assessed.
Buyers cannot request returns due to a change of mind.

Exchange Policy:
Exchanges are generally not accepted; exceptions are individually assessed.
Defective, unusable, or items damaged during shipping will always be accepted for exchange.
Once an item is unpacked or used, it cannot be returned or exchanged.

Order Cancellation Policy:
Orders cannot be cancelled after successful shipment.
JaJa reserves the right to cancel orders in specific cases.

Shipping Policy:
Orders placed before noon ship the same day.
Orders placed after noon ship the next day (excluding weekends and public holidays).

Refund Policy:
We will issue refunds in most cases provided they fall within reasonable and normal customer behavior.
Return shipping is at cost of the customer. We kindly ask that you return the goods in their original, unopened condition.
